The EL5427CLE is a 2.5MHz 4-, 8-, 10- and 12-channel rail-to-rail buffer. The EL5427CLE is low power, high voltage rail-to-rail input/output buffers designed for use in reference voltage buffering applications in small LCD displays. It is available in quad EL5427CLE topologies. The buffer of the EL5427CLE features a -3dB bandwidth of 2.5MHz and operates from just 133μA per buffer. The EL5427CLE also features a continuous output drive capability of 30mA (sink and source).
